Atlantis Converging Chest Press motion replicates a free weight chest press better than a linear chest press by far. Both arms are independant so you can isolate one side and you cant favour a weak side. The Pressing arms have a spring assisted pre-stretch to allow users to get into the proper position and yet still get a full range of motion
