Description
The Atlantis Pec / Rear Delt Fly is a combo machine with self-aligning lever arms that are on sealed bearings that automatically adjust to the users defined path. With multiple handgrip positions , the users can change their hand grips from neutral to a pronated position during the rear deltoid movements. The machine also comes with a range of motion selector that allows the user to select a desired starting point .
