These Treadmills are self-powered speed and strength training tools designed to build explosive power when used in a High-Intensity Interval Training program. These High-Intensity machines are effective resistance training platforms that capture the benefits of speed and agility training. They can also be used for lateral training and can simulate a sled push. You can sprint, walk, jog and have the ability of a push sled, safely and with a smaller footprint.
